  • Rooms
    • From what time is the room available on the day of arrival and at what time should be vacated on the day of departure?

      For the arriving guests, rooms are available from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11:00. Before and after these times you can take advantage of all common areas and services such as luggage storage and toilette.

    • Do the rooms have a safe?

      All rooms are equipped with an electronic safe protected by a numerical code.

    • Are there no smoking rooms?

      The common areas of the hotel are all no smoking, as required by the legislation of the Italian Republic; for the rooms, we invite you to put your preference on booking for any specific requests.

  • How to reach us
    • Can we reach the hotel by car?

      You can arrive by car directly in front of the hotel. The garage staff with whom we are affiliated will take care of parking your car in the garage and to communicate the number of the car license plate to the competent authorities.

    • What is the nearest train station?

      The nearest train station is Santa Maria Novella main station (SMN) which is about 5/7 minutes walking from our hotel, 5 minutes by taxi.

    • What is the nearest airport?

      The nearest airport is in Peretola and is called Amerigo Vespucci. It takes about 20/30 minutes by taxi to reach our hotel. Alternatives are the shuttle bus service that leaves every 30 minutes exactly on the hour or the new tramline that also leaves directly from the airport; both the shuttle and the tram arrive at the central station of Florence, Santa Maria Novella.

  • Parking
    • Does the Hotel have a parking space?

      The Hotel has a partner garage that offers a pick-up and drop-off service. The garage is open from 7 am to 2 am and costs from a minimum of € 25.00 to a maximum of € 40.00 a day, depending on the size of the car. On the day of departure, the car can be left in the garage until 3:00 pm at no extra cost.

    • Can we reach the hotel by car?

      You can arrive by car directly in front of the hotel. The garage staff with whom we are affiliated will take care of parking your car in the garage and to communicate the number of the car license plate to the competent authorities.

    • Is the garage always open?

      The garage is open from 07:00 am to 02:00 am, if you return after the opening time you can park your car in the street in front of the hotel, as soon as the garage re opens they will send someone to collect your car and to put it again into the garage.

    • The registration of the plate must be done in advance or upon arrival?

      The license plate is registered by the garage when you arrive at the hotel, you cannot make it in advance.

    • Is Breakfast included?

      Our Buffet Breakfast is served in the frescoed breakfast room and on the terrace (during summers) on the first floor from 07:00 to 10:00 am. If your departure is scheduled before the opening time, you can book a packed breakfast requesting it at the reception before 06:00 pm on the day before.

    • Does the Hotel have a Concierge service?

      The Concierge service is available to help you plan and make your stay more comfortable: general information, museum reservations, restaurants, theatres, car rental with and without driver, bike rental, baby sitting and many other services can be organized on request of the client.

    • Does the Hotel have a laundry service?

      Laundry, dry cleaning and ironing services are available from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Clothing delivered before 10:30 am will be returned after 8:00 pm on the same day.

    • Does the Hotel have internet access?

      The Hotel has a wi-fi connection throughout the hotel. The use of the Wi-Fi connection is free, does not require any password or code but is done by personal registration. In the hotel there is also an internet point available to our customers always free of charge.

    • Where can I find an adapter?

      All rooms have a multiple socket where most plugs can be inserted. For different needs the Concierge will help you find a solution.

  • Families with children
    • Do you apply discounts for children?

      Children are welcome in our hotel where they will find all the devices suitable for a sweet rest and an energetic breakfast (cribs, bed rails, high chairs etc ...).
      Expected Supplements: a free child up to six years of age in a cot or extra bed; a child aged between 7 and 12 pays 25% of the room rate per night in an extra bed; Maximum capacity of extra beds / cots is 1.

    • Is a baby sitter available?

      Baby sitter service is available upon request for a fee.

  • Pets
    • Are pets allowed?

      In the rooms it is allowed to bring small pets at no extra charge. Pets are not permitted to enter the breakfast room. On request we can make you find the necessary devices to make optimal the stay of your trusted friend as the bowl, the kennel or litter etc., or you can organize a dog sitter service.
