The Palace of the Hotel Paris, originally named Palazzo Venturi, was built by the architect Bontalenti (the same that has made one of the project of the facade of the Duomo) in the 16th century.The Florence Palace still retains much evidence of past times, such as the wonderful reception room frescoed with mosaic stained-glass in which the buffet breakfast is served.
